Ollie Clerc only managed my portfolio of rental properties for less than six months before I had to fire him and his company. Ollie Clerc cost my portfolio tens of thousands of dollars. Ollie does not follow directions. He failed to get my permission to perform a $3,500 repair, even though my contract with him stated that he had to obtain permission for anything over $500. His company made a poor effort leasing properties and he made no attempt to ensure that the properties were maintained in good condition. He never entered many of the properties and allowed some to slip into deplorable condition. His leases were haphazard and many did not include provisions for the tenants to pay utilities. I had to fire him after less than 6 months of his management, and I would strongly recommend against anyone employing Ollie Clerc or Unistream LLC. You are certain to lose money if you hire them as your property managers. I invite anyone else who has had a poor experience with Unistream LLC to comment here.
